Do I need a website?+
No. We build a dedicated landing page and send your ad traffic directly to it. You don't need an existing website to start running Google Ads and generating leads.

Your ad spend goes directly to Google — it never passes through us. You maintain full control of your own Google Ads account and can see every dollar spent at any time.
Are there any hidden fees or extra costs?+
No. Your costs are simple and agreed upfront: (1) your ad spend, paid directly to Google in your own account; (2) a one-time $300 setup fee; and (3) your monthly management fee, based on your ad-spend tier. That's it. We never mark up your ad spend or add surprise charges — anything optional is always quoted and approved by you before any work starts.
Do I own my ad account and data — even if I leave?+
Yes, completely. Your Google Ads account is set up in your name, your ad spend is billed to you directly, and every campaign, keyword, and lead belongs to you. If you ever decide to move on, you keep everything — we'd never hold your account or results hostage. It's your business, not ours.
How do you track results?+
We set up conversion tracking to record every call and form submission generated by your ads. You receive a monthly report showing clicks, impressions, leads, cost-per-lead, and ad spend — so you always know your ROI.
What if the ads aren't performing?+
We monitor campaigns daily and make adjustments whenever performance dips. If something isn't working we identify it fast and change course — we're not a set-and-forget agency. Your monthly reporting call gives you full visibility into what's working and what we're changing.
Why Google Ads over social media?+
Google Ads targets people who are actively searching for your service right now — they already have a problem and are looking for someone to fix it. Social media, on the other hand, interrupts people who weren't looking, so it usually produces lower-intent leads. That said, social does have a place: it's great for retargeting — putting your business back in front of people who already searched for your service but haven't booked yet. For most trade businesses we start with Google Ads for the highest-intent leads, then layer in retargeting once there's momentum.

What will you ask me on the strategy call?+
Nothing you won't already know off the top of your head. We'll ask about the type of work you want more of, the areas you service, how you currently get leads, roughly what a typical job is worth to you, and where you'd like the business to be in 6–12 months. It's a relaxed conversation to understand your business — not a test. Come as you are; there's nothing to prepare.
What does the Google Ads onboarding process look like?+

Simple — we handle the heavy lifting.

After your strategy call, if you're happy to move forward, we'll send through a month-to-month agreement and begin setup.

From there, we'll either create or connect your Google Ads account, so your ad spend stays in your name. We'll also guide you through giving us access to the key platforms we need, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, your Google Business Profile, your website, and any existing conversion tracking.

Once access is provided, we build your Google Ads campaign. This includes keyword research, search intent targeting, ad copy, location targeting, budget settings, landing page review, and conversion tracking setup.

Before anything goes live, we review the campaign with you so you know what's being advertised, where the traffic is going, and how enquiries will be tracked.

Once approved, we launch — usually within 2–3 business days after your onboarding details and access have been provided.

After launch, we monitor the campaign, make ongoing adjustments, and send you a monthly performance report showing the key numbers: spend, clicks, enquiries, cost per enquiry, and overall campaign performance.
